Located in Dubai’s vibrant The Greens community, Zabeel House The Greens by Jumeirah is a contemporary lifestyle destination featuring 210 rooms and suites, loft-inspired interiors, co-working spaces, two dynamic dining venues (Social Company and Lah Lah Pan-Asian Restaurant), the Native Club wellness offering, and an outdoor pool — catering to both business travelers and leisure guests.

 Sustainability Embedded in Operations:

• Zabeel House The Greens has integrated eco-conscious practices into the core of its guest experience through key initiatives such as:
• Elimination of single-use plastic water bottles, replaced with refillable glass bottles through a sustainability-led partnership
• Strong waste management efforts, including a zero-waste cocktail programme, biodegradable guest amenities, and a closed-loop coffee grounds composting initiative supporting local farms
• Commitment to hyperlocal sourcing, contributing to reduced carbon impact, and supporting local suppliers
• Engineering enhancements, including 100% LED lighting, comprehensive BMS and GRMS systems, and VFDs on fans and pumps

 Audit Outcome: 12 Efficiency Measures Identified

Completed in Q3 2025, the ASHRAE Level 2 assessment provides the hotel’s management team with a structured roadmap of 12 targeted Energy and Water Efficiency Measures, designed to optimise building system performance and reduce overall utility consumption.

 The recommendations identified through the audit have the potential to deliver meaningful reductions in annual energy and water costs, while strengthening the property’s sustainability performance and long-term operational resilience.
